PODIUM co-founder and curatorial director, Cusson Cheng, selected by Forbes 30 under 30.

In 2024, Cusson Cheng co-founded Podium, a Hong Kong–based contemporary art gallery, with gallerist Charlotte Lin. Since its inception, Podium has presented over ten exhibitions, with a programmatic focus on women and LGBTQ+ artists. Cheng plays a central role in shaping the gallery’s intellectual and artistic direction and was recently named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list in 2026. 

Reflecting on this recognition, Cheng notes: “We founded the gallery at a time of radical change and awakening. Now, as we enter our third year of operations, I could not be prouder of what we have built. We have chosen to maintain a deliberately focused scale, directing our energy toward thoughtful programming and a deep commitment to our artists’ institutional trajectories.”
